Minimum sugar :
Keep the
sugar in the minimum level in the diet. of course it will rots your kids teeth
but it can also cause a belly fat for your kids if they have too much of it.
It’s not easy, it’s better if you just give them a piece of cake after their
meals. and you can push your kids to eat more fruits or take in healthy snacks
like fruits and yogurt.
Foods are not a rewards:
Don’t use
food as a gift. If your kids thinks that the food will be a reward for good
behavior or for good grades in class, this may be a routine in their life. You
have to be sure that they see food as a healthy thing to have a healthy life
and growing up healthier ,not a gift.
More vegetables:
If you want
to control your kids health and want them to eat vegetables just make sure that
you eat them too, your kids is copying your behavior so they role modelneed to see
you eating a healthy foods, be a good role model, and remember it’s all about
your kids health.
Healthy foods:
A lot of
kids wants to eat foods that advertised or promoted by television. It’s not
easy to avoid them from request for such foods. it’s okay buy them whatever
they want but be sure they’re not consuming unhealthy foods all the time.

Let the
“rainbow” foods have a main part in your daily meals , it’s an important factor
to keep your kids health better . “Rainbow” foods is a word Rainbow foods for

2007-2008 Report on Kids Health from the New South Wales Population Health
Survey (NSW Health) provides a snapshot of the health and well-being of
children aged 0-15 years. Information was collected from the parents and carers
of more than 5,000 children.
The report
made a number of important findings about the health of children and their
eating habits Adequate
fruit intake declined markedly with age. Most younger children ate enough fruit
every day, but only about half of children aged between nine and 15 years ate
the recommended daily amount.
A minority of children ate the recommended daily amount of vegetables.
Most
children usually drank full cream milk, which can be high in fat. Reduced fat
milk is recommended for children aged two years and above.
The
majority of children ate ‘extra foods’ – such as fried potato products, potato
crisps or salty snacks, confectionary and cakes/biscuits – at least once per
week.
Few
families ate together at the table every day and about a quarter of children
ate in front of the television every day.
Most children aged 0-23 months had been breastfed at some time, but few were exclusively breastfed to six months as recommended.Source: NSW Health Report

Your kid may die before than they should. Horrible truth, but 100% true. The
Center for Disease Control has pointed out that our youngest generation is the
first in decades that is facing a life expectation shorter than us. fatness and
weight issues have been Concluded as the reason why. in the past 10 years, we
have seen the fatness average in young kids double. And it’s more than tripled
in young people. Physical culture is being cut in literally now in the whole
world and youth sports is being a competitive situation that didn’t give a
healthy benefits. We are most definitely in front of a crisis. most of us don’t
know what to feed our kids. so how do we maintain our kids health?
What about exercise?
if your
kids didn’t get it in school, and they don’t like to exercise, what should a
parent do? how can we save our kids health ?

A good read. I wish to add a point. If parents make it a habit of not to buy unhealthy food for the child, each time they go shopping, it will also motivate them to make healthy food choices.
